About the Danang International Tourism Festival

The Danang International Tourism Festival is an annual B2B event run by the Da Nang Tourism Association, bringing together international buyers from 11 source markets and suppliers from across Vietnam in three segments: leisure, MICE and tour operations. Buyers are referred by national travel associations including KATA (Korea), JATA (Japan), CATS (China), ATOR (Russia) and TTAA (Thailand).

The 2026 edition runs 16 – 19 October at the Ariyana Convention Centre with HorecFex Vietnam. It comprises an exhibition floor of more than 300 companies, a thematic workshop on the development of Vietnamese tourism, international and domestic B2B matching sessions, a Gala Dinner and buyer inspection programmes.

How do I register?
Pick your role and fill in the form online. Buyers go through approval; exhibitors book a booth and pick a position on the floor plan; trade visitors register free with proof they work in the industry.
What does the Hosted Buyer programme include?
Approved hosted buyers receive hotel accommodation, airport transfers, a pre-built meeting schedule and one famtrip. Places are limited and assessed by market and sending capacity.
What languages are supported?
The site and materials come in six languages: Vietnamese, English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese and Russian. On site there is booth interpreting for the opening and forums, plus volunteers on the trading floor.
